MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
We have been very careful to keep PrestonGraphics publications out of
the hands of minors and those who do not know the difference between Fantasy
and Reality. To that end, we require all member to certify that:
1. I am an adult over 21 years of age.
2. I understand that I have the right, as a law abiding citizen to receive,
for my own private use, sexually explicit materials, publications or electronic
images and text.
3. I authorize PrestonGraphics, upon my request, to send me sexually oriented brochures, advertising
sexually explicit publications or electronic images and text.
4. I am not a law enforcement officer, US Postal Inspector, Federal Communications
Commission official, or a member of any censorship group.
5. I have not asked the Postal Service or Federal Communications Commission
to protect me from receiving sexually oriented materials. PrestonGraphics
is authorized to keep me on their mailing list until I request to be removed
from PrestonGraphics mailing list by registered mail or Email.
6. I understand my name will be used only for PrestonGraphics mailing list.
7. I understand and agree to the following terms to receive my unique Login (AKA Username) and personalised Password from PrestonGraphics:

a. I understand that the Login and Password provided to me are intended soley for my own personal private use.
I further understand that am not permitted to sell, trade, give, or lend my Login and/or Password to anybody
and that I can be held accountable for violating this agreement with both termination and penalties.
b. I understand that it is my responsiblity to make sure that my login and password does not become public knowledge in
any way shape or form. If they become compromised it is my responsibity to notify
PrestonGraphics immediately to have my password changed.
c. I understand that, like most sites, PrestonGraphics collects statistical data on
IP addressess of each member accessing the site and that the use of my membership
by an IP address other than the ones I normally use could result in one or more
of the following:

I. Termination of my membership without reimbursement.
II. being charged for extra memberships based on the number of IP addresses.
III. being charged for the excessive bandwith usage with my unique Login and Password.
IV. being procecuted to the fullest extent of any laws which are applicable

d. I understand that prestongraphics has a zero tolerance policy with regard to
hacking and if my account is linked to hacking activity, it may be terminated
and I will forfeit any remaining portion of my membership.

8. The purchase and access to the images and material on the PrestonGraphics
web site do not violate the community standards of my city, county, state,
province, country.
9. I understand that due to the nature of this site, Prestongraphics has a
NO REFUND POLICY.
I further understand that I can not terminate my membership
early with the expectation of a partial refund and that I will remain
bound by this agreement even if I cancel my membership.
10. I understand that Prestongraphics is not responsible for technical problems
I may experience due to server errors, program conflicts, or other such technical
problems which are not under the direct control of this site. Pestongraphics is not
responsible for the content of any site which may be be linked to this site.
I have read and understand the terms of membership and further understand
that I must agree with the above terms to receive my membership.
